Refund policy

We offer best in industry 15 days replacement guarantee for all orders. We check all orders before shipping to ensure the correct product is sent. However in case a wrong product is received or a product received is defective, contact us on WhatsApp or call or email within 15 days of receiving order and we will rectify the issue, and send you the correct product. Any queries or concerns beyond 15 days from order delivery date will not be entertained. Do note, Purchases made from our online store cannot be returned after delivery is completed. In case of any prepaid orders not getting delivered for any reason whatsoever, our support team will decide to either re-dispatch your order or process a refund.
